Polyethylene material is a very ideal material for the production of a technology that can meet the needs of the aquaculture industry. In this study; "SAN-TEZ project with code 01015.STZ.2011-2 supported by TC Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology", Using HDPE 100 polyethylene sheets and pipes, a service and operation craft designed to address the major problems identified in the aquaculture farms has been realized. It is recycled since it enters the polyethylene thermoplastic product group. HDPE 100 is absorbing the impact by prolonging the life of the pipe by 600%. They are not easily affected by accidents in the sea, injuries are difficult and not a flammable material. In addition, cuts or holes do not grow as if they are in other materials and repair is much easier and cheaper than other materials. This material can maintain its elastic properties up to -40 ° C. Because of its form it has both high stability and fast boats at the same time. Maintenance and paint requirements at sea save the cost of boat landing and maintenance which will work for long periods at sea. It can be designed to carry loads at the same time as the design. Despite the ability to carry loads, it is both slip and maneuverable due to the fact that it is a planing hull type boat. With successful applications of High Density polyethylene material, marine vessels, platforms, etc. will serve in larger sizes in the years to come. it can be designed and produced. 2. Design Process The main dimensions of the boat body; The Bentley Maxsurf program is designed to be 3D; with LOA = 9.30 m, BOA = 2.90 m, T = 1 m.
