New HDPE pipe of this size has a manufacturer's guaranteed wall thickness of 0.969 inch. The baseline datarevealedthatallreadingsweregreaterthan0,969inchandaveraged1.018inch.Theaccuracyofthe wall thickness gage is+0.005 inch. Table 2.
